NEW CUCP Online Certification System

On March 8, 2021, the California Unified Certification Program (CUCP) announced the new California Unified Certification Program Certification Application System: https://caltrans.dbesystem.com.

The CUCP certification application system is a free internet-based service that will provide assistance in managing the following:

• CUCP directory hosting and maintenance
• DBE/ACDBE certification management
• Submission of online applications, changes, and renewals
• Tracking applications from submission to completion
• Electronic forms and processes for updating contact information, requesting the addition, change and/or removal of North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes or CUCP work codes, and general requests for support

The system will provide prospective Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) and Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBEs) with the ability to complete an online application for certification in the CUCP DBE/ACDBE Program.
